An excellent to-do list with gamification. Easy-to-add tasks. It also reminds about itself. The only to-do list I find hard to forget about ;)

Talk about making work -play... This to do app hits the sweet spot. Clean simple and functional. Give it a try.... You wont be sorry.

Would give 5 but the functionality is a bit lacking from the jump until you level up and unlock some of the basic features. Very engaging, funny (if you like snarky dark humor) user experience. Well done guys.

This app has me whipped into shape lol I love how CARROT gets mood swings just so I can work harder to please her! I am a class A procrastinator, so to have an app that can makes me want to be productive individual in society is rare. Try it out :D

I really like the fact that the features unlock as you complete items. This provides the "carrot" that I need to keep track of things and stay productive.

For starters this is NOT a robust task management solution intended for serious task tracking in a business environment. For that we have OmniFocus, Things, 2Do and a plethora of other cross platform Task Management solutions. Carrot excels at tracking and "motivating" you to complete those one-off menial tasks that folks like me seem to always forget about. I love Carrots sarcasm. I find that it motivates me to both enter and complete those one off tasks (like Take out Garbage) if only to see how it affects Carrots mood. Gamification of task management has been done before but Carrots snarky approach sets it apart from other apps. I find myself looking forward to leveling up just to see what sarcastic sassy comment or reward Carrot has in store for me. If you find humor or motivation in sarcasm then this app is worth the download.

Innovative, fun, and challenging

My biggest problem with to do apps is keeping myself engaged. Carrot gives me the shaming I need!

As with all of the other Carrot apps, this one claims accessibility support, however, that’s only about a quarter true. Voiceover works only minimally, making it only possible to add a new task and complete it. Accessing menus is impossible, as is finding things on screen that are required to complete certain tasks. Accessibility aside, the app itself is fatally flawed, in that a person could just set bogus tasks and complete them immediately to earn points to level up, such as “Watch tv”, or “Get a drink from the fridge”. I understand that the same could be done in any other todo-style program, however those don’t exactly encourage it.

Not good. :( Not aesthetically pleasing. Very bland to look at. Id like to be able to see what Ive checked off. Please make updates!

The sarcastic humor and abuse is very motivating. I have never been a more productive meatbag.

This app is awesome. So worth the money. I put things that I have to do throughout the day and the next. And i put as much as I can. Just because I know Im trying to unlock the other unlockables items. And I randomly get up and do something from my list. I love it. I find myself moving and choosing to do the task. What more can you ask for on a todo app.

I read a lot and heard a lot about this app but there just isnt much substance there wish I could get my money back ...its not even that funny

Reading some of the 1&2 star comments those people just dont get it. This app is meant for a little entertainment in a to do list app. It certainly keeps me coming back to see what I still have to do for my unfinished tasked/projects. Thats the entire point. If one wants to write all the menial tasks down "just to leave up" go for it. Be selective and choose how fast or slow you want to advance. Cmon people. Laugh a little and have some fun.
